Common questions and answers.

How do I order a replacement fob or access card?

Search for your building on the Find Your Building page, select the credential type you need, fill in your details, and submit your order. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is received.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest using your email address. However, creating a tenant account lets you track all your orders in one place and repeat previous orders faster.

What information do I need to provide?

You will need your name, email address, phone number, unit number, and a reason for the order (e.g. lost fob, new resident). You may also be asked to upload a supporting document such as a lease agreement.

Can I order multiple credential types at once?

Yes. You can add multiple items to your order before submitting. Each item can have its own quantity.

Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Order page and enter your order reference number and the email address used when placing the order. If you are logged in as a tenant, your orders are automatically visible.

What do the order statuses mean?

Submitted means your order has been received and is awaiting review. Pending Approval means it is with the building manager. Approved means it has been approved and is being prepared. Dispatched means it is on its way. Completed means it has been delivered.

I placed my order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@keyos.com.au with your name and building address and we will look into it.

Delivery

Common questions and answers.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is approved and dispatched, standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been sent.

Can I track my delivery courier?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, your order status page will include a link to the courier tracking page.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If you are having trouble, contact us at support@keyos.com.au and we will assist.

Payments

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is required after your building manager approves your order. You will receive an email with a secure payment link once your order is approved.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. A payment receipt is emailed to you automatically after a successful payment. If you need a formal invoice, contact us at support@keyos.com.au.

How do I create a tenant account?

Visit the Tenant Login page and sign up using your email address, phone, or Google. You may need to verify your email or phone number before placing orders, so we recommend creating an account for the best experience. You can also continue as a guest for individual orders without creating an account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password.

How do I update my contact details?

Log in to your tenant account and visit your profile page to update your name, email, or phone number.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is secured. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I get access to the building manager dashboard?

Apply for access via the Get Started page. Our team will review your application and set up your account.

How do I approve or reject a tenant order?

Log in to your dashboard and open the Orders section. You can review, approve, or reject orders from there. Tenants are notified automatically by email.

Can I manage multiple buildings?

Yes. The KeyOS platform supports managing an entire portfolio of buildings from a single dashboard.
